We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Orders placed by you will not be binding on Bean Bag Trader or deemed accepted unless & until written acknowledgement is issued by the Bean Bag Trader.
Any typographical, clerical error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list or literature issued by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Bean Bag Trader.
Except as otherwise stated in company literature the price shall include delivery charges of bean bag cover & beans. You will be liable to pay the company’s specified delivery charges. Delivery charges are be depending on the size, weight of the bean bag cover, beans and the box. The company shall reserve the right to change the delivery process and charges without notification.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, payment shall be due and payable at the time the order is placed and accepted by the business.
We are committed to provide you with a world class bean bag and we want you to feel happy and comfortable with your order. We offer a Money Back Guarantee, if within 10 days of your receipt of your order you are not satisfied. You will be entitled to a replacement or a refund of the costs of the goods (excluding all delivery charges) providing that the bean bag you have purchased have not been used and deemed suitable for resale by us. The bean bag should be returned in the same box with all the packing that you have received. Please note that we cannot refund any cost of postage which is included in the price of the bean bag. If you think that the product you have received is faulty for any reason then please contact us by our contact us form immediately and we will advise you and give instructions for the return of the item.
Please note that you will be required to pay for the returns and we will check all the returns and if we consider that the product has been self-damaged by the purchaser, then a refund will not be given. Please note for returning use a recorded delivery for your own protection, requiring our signature upon receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any goods that fail to reach us.
